We will be in touch to coordinate a delivery time. We deliver to most zones once a month and as long as your order is $150 or more, there are no delivery charges. You are also able to pick up at the farm or our farm store partners.

The delivery process is important to us as it allows us to get to know our customers (and vice versa), but it does take time and does cost money. If your order is less than $150 we will charge a $15 delivery fee.
We encourage you to come to the farm or one of our farm store partners if that works with your schedule. Please make sure you let us know in advance what you would like so we can have your order ready for you. There is no minimum order.
We deliver into most of our delivery zones once every two weeks. When you make an order we will be in touch to confirm delivery timing. Here are the routes and timing for deliveries:
Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge - every other week on Tuesdays
Collingwood, Alliston, Barrie, Keswick, Newmarket - every other week on Thursdays
Stratford, London, Brantford, Hamilton and St. Catherines - the fourth Tuesday of every month
Milton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Halton Hills and Orangeville (West of Hwy 400) - every other week on Mondays
Toronto, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan (East of Hwy 400) - every other week on Mondays
NOTE: If you live in a smaller community or if your city is not listed, please get in touch as we do travel outside of these zones from time to time.
No problem! You can either set out a cooler for us to place your order in until you get home or we can provide an insulated box to keep it frozen. We just ask that once you arrive home you unpack your items and place them in the freezer as soon as you are able to do so.
We work with a few local couriers and on specific routes, we deliver ourselves.
Your order will either be packaged in a reusable shopping bag or an insulated box. This will depend on whether you are able to collect the delivery right away or if it needs to remain frozen on your doorstep while you are out. We are happy to have you keep the shopping bag if you like or you are welcome to give it back to us so we can reuse it in the future. Similarly, we can reuse the insulation used to keep your meat frozen inside the box, so please set it aside for us during our next delivery.
Because most items are charged by the pound we will not know your exact total until the order is packed. When you complete your order you will be provided an estimate of the final cost. Once your order has been packed and we know the exact weights of the items in your order we will send you an invoice that you can pay with e-transfer, credit card or cash/cheque upon delivery.
Definitely! We encourage it! We'd love for you to come to the farm so we can show you around. If you are planning on coming, please let us know in advance so we can make sure someone is there to show you around. If you are planning to take an order home with you, please place this order ahead of time so we can have it ready for you when you get here.
Because most of the items are priced by the pound, your final total may be slightly lower or higher than the original estimated total. Once your order has been packed and we have finalized the weights for your order we will send you a final invoice.
We accept payment through e-transfer, credit card or cash/cheque upon delivery.
Please understand that Green Pastures Farm is a small farm and not a large warehouse. We will do our best to keep items in stock, but if an item that you ordered becomes unavailable we will do our best to work with you to replace it with something else. If this is not possible your fees will be reduced based on the missing item(s).
We ask that orders are made by noon the day before delivery. For example, if delivery in your area is on a Tuesday, please place your order before noon on Monday. This is in order to ensure we have enough time to pack your order.
